Shrimp & Balsamic Arrabbiata Pizza

Sauteed shrimp, balsamic reduction, arugula, mozzarella, tomatoes, and herbs de provence on top of Whole Foods' cauliflower pizza crust! It's easy to make!

  • 1 whole 365 Everyday Cauliflower Pizza Crust
  • 1/2 cup Arrabbiata Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 2 tsp Herbs De Provence
  • 1 tsp 21 Seasoning Salute
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 7 pieces Raw, Peeled, & Deveined Shrimp, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Trader Joe's Balsamic Glaze
  • 1/4 whole Tomato
  • Spanish Olive Oil Cooking Spray, for spraying
  • 1 tsp Avocado Oil


  • Line a pizza pan with foil or spray with cooking spray. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. 
  • Chop and dice about a 1/4 of a whole tomato. During this time, chop up the peeled and deveined shrimp as well. 
  • Spray the cauliflower pizza crust with spanish olive oil cooking spray. Add 1/2 cup of arrabbiata sauce on top of the cauliflower pizza crust. Then add the cheese, tomatoes, arugula, herbs, and garlic powder. Spray with more spanish olive oil cooking spray and place into the oven and bake for 6 minutes. 
  • Heat a non stick skillet over medium/high heat and add in a tsp of avocado oil. Add in the shrimp and season with 21 seasoning salute. Cook until the shrimp turns pink and then remove from heat. 
  • Remove the pizza from the oven and top with the shrimp and balsamic glaze. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
