Cauliflower Sundried Tomato Pizza

An easy thin crust pizza option featuring cauliflower pizza crust, sundried tomato pesto, spinach, gruyere cheese, and parmesan romano cheese. This pizza is easy to assemble and doesn't take too long to get on the table.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Caulipower Cauliflower Pizza Crust
  • 3 tbsp Classico Sundried Tomato Pesto
  • 1/2 cup Gruyere Cheese, shredded (or more)
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan Romano Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Baby Spinach
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Spanish Olive Oil Cooking Spray, for spraying

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F. Either spray a pizza pan with the spanish olive oil cooking spray or use aluminum foil. 
  • Remove your cauliflower pizza crust from the freezer and top with the sundried tomato pesto. Proceed to spray with the cooking spray and season with the garlic powder. Top with the gruyere cheese. 
  • Place in the oven and bake for 13 minutes. Remove from oven and top with spinach and parmesan cheese. Spray with additional cooking spray! 
  • Enjoy!

Notes

This pizza can give you like 8-12 slices depending on how you slice it, I just really suck at cutting pizza. Haha!
